Turkey meatballs with zucchini noodles is the easiest recipe I have in my book:

Ingredients:
- Meatballs
- 2 lbs lean ground turkey
- 1/2 c chopped green onion
- 2 tsp mince garlic
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
- Zucchini squash- spiraled
- Good quality tomato sauce
- I usually buy Rao’s Tomato Basil
- Optional: red chili flakes and grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredient for the meatballs and mix well
- Create meatballs in 1 oz portions (easier to keep track of macro counting)
- I use a kitchen scale for the first few until I get a feel on the size
- Bake meatballs for 10-15 minutes
- Once meatballs are cooled then they can be frozen for future use
- Place meatballs in a sauce pan with tomato sauce and simmer. I usually do this until I feel that the flavors are blending.
- Scoop meatballs and sauce and put on top of zucchini noodles and garnish with some red chili flakes and grate parmesan cheese.
