My fiancé and I try to plan a trip every year since we started living together. We stuck to that plan until we purchased a home and rescued two puppies. With the new changes in our lives the trips took a back seat. In 2016, we decided to take a trip with the boys and decided on Maine. We always wanted to go to Acadia National Park, and this would be a great opportunity because our pups are secretly mountain goats (not kidding…they love to climb).
The trip was planned for September. We found a cute Air BnB, which allowed pets, that was a 10 minute ride from Acadia.
And The Fellowship was off on another adventure, but first….a 9 hour drive:
Once we arrived, we settled in quickly, There were no neighbors nor cable and we were able to just relax with the sounds of nature. The next day was our first hike.
